If you are an SRO or school administrator and plan to take the VA Dept of Criminal Justice Services’s SRO and School Administrator Basic Course this year, you’ll also get an overview of the Virginia Rules Program!
The course focuses on working with youth, school safety, school law, and in particular, the functions of School Resource Officers and School Administrators in a PreK-12 school environment.
Kyle Woods, Virginia Rules Coordinator at the Office of the Attorney General, will be teaching a Virginia Rules session at all 2024 training events.
